2.1 Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
2.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
2.3 Payment: We accept specific Credit Card services for payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.4 Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, which is subject to final review and approval.

3.1 Shipping Policy: We ship nationally to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.
3.2 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
3.3 Customs and Duties: ALL INTERNATION SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
3.4 Lost or Damaged Items: We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. However, please contact us at help@hamitupgames.com for assistance.
4.1 Return Policy: Products may be returned within [30] days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
4.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, custom or limited-edition products are non-refundable unless defective.

At Ham It Up Games, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and fair process. Please read the details below to understand how to proceed with returns or refunds.
